By downloading and using MaestLog, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
MaestLog is provided for personal, non-commercial use to track and manage your classical music concert attendance. You may not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Premium features require subscription purchase. Some features may require Apple ID sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
The Standard Plan subscription provides access to premium features including background customization. Available as monthly or yearly subscription (pricing available in App Store). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription auto-renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can cancel anytime - manage or cancel via iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
All concert logs and personal notes you create remain your property. You retain all rights to your content. The app interface and design are owned by MaestLog.
You may not: (a) use the app for commercial purposes without permission; (b) reverse engineer the app; (c) use the app to violate any laws; (d) upload malicious content.
The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MaestLog and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
The app is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including data loss.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
We may revise these terms at any time. By continuing to use the app after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
